Vitomira Lončar, Ph.D. is an award-winning Croatian actress, producer, university professor, blogger, vlogger, and strategic planning expert. She is the co-founder and director of the Mala scena theatre in Zagreb, as well as the educational platform VestaLLLs. During her 50-year career, she has played more than 60 roles in theatre, film, and television, and produced more than 80 domestic and international theatre plays and projects. She has published six books, is the editor of the Mala scena library, and is the founder of the Network of Independent Theatres in Croatia and Theatre Epicentre. She has completed numerous training courses in the field of cultural management and personal development. Since 2016, she has lived and worked in China, where she also founded the WEL (Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership) program for young women. She has shared her thoughts with the public through her blog “Straw of Salvation,” and since 2021 she has been recording the vlog “Time for Change with Vita,” through which she supports people who want to change their lives. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother.

Dr. sc. Vitomira Lončar nagrađivana je hrvatska glumica, producentica, znanstvenica, profesorica, blogerica, vlogerica i stručnjakinja za strateško planiranje. Suosnivačica je i direktorica kazališta Mala scena u Zagrebu, kao i edukacijske platforme VestaLLLs. Tijekom 50 godina karijere odigrala je više od 60 uloga u kazalištu, filmu i na televiziji, te producirala više od 80 domaćih i međunarodnih kazališnih predstava i projekata. Objavila je šest knjiga, urednica je biblioteke Mala scena, osnivačica Mreže neovisnih kazališta u Hrvatskoj i Kazališnog Epicentra. Završila je brojne edukacije iz područja kulturnog menadžmenta i osobnog razvoja. Od 2016. godine živi i radi u Kini, gdje je osnovala WEL (Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership) program za mlade žene. Svoja je razmišljanja s javnošću dijelila kroz blog „Slamka spasa“, a od 2021. snima vlog „Vrijeme je za promjenu s Vitom“, kroz koji podupire osobe koje žele promijeniti svoj život. Supruga je, majka i baka.

La Dra. Vitomira Lončar es una galardonada actriz croata, productora, científica, profesora, bloguera, vloggera y experta en planificación estratégica. Ha publicado seis libros, es editora de la biblioteca Mala Scena, fundadora de la Red de Teatros Independientes en Croacia y del Epicentro Teatral. Ha completado numerosas formaciones en gestión cultural y desarrollo personal.
