Every year, we invite you to nominate a Croatian woman who leads with strength, preserves culture, and shapes the future of her community. Nominations are open to women of Croatian descent across all industries, backgrounds, and corners of the world, because great stories exist everywhere. Help us celebrate someone whose dedication, courage, and impact deserve to be seen and honored on a global stage.

Criteria

Croatian Citizenship

Nominees need to have Croatian affiliation by birth, heritage, marriage, naturalized

16+ years of age

Nominees must be sixteen years old or older at submission time.

Nominees are recognized for their ability to lead with vision, integrity, and impact. They guide, mentor, and inspire others, setting an example through their achievements and commitment to advancing the Croatian community worldwide.
