Interior Designer, Set Designer, Singer, Songwriter

Following the Croatian Homeland War, Tommi Mischell moved to Philadelphia, USA, where she took courses in art and design, and in parallel with her singing and composing career, in 2000 she started an interior design and art firm with her husband, academic sculptor Nick Kačić-Miošić. She began her singing career at just four years old as a soloist at Our Lady of the Angels Church in Trogir, under the supervision of her older brother Miroslav Miša, who was the church organ-ist and pianist. During the Homeland War, Tommi supported countless humanitarian actions on battlefields and cities across Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Arriving in America, she released an album in association with the Average White Band, which received seven Grammy nomina-tions in 2000. Although she moved to America, her connec-tion with her homeland continued. Last summer, her new album “Vrime je” (it’s time) was released by Cro Records with the songwriter arrangement “Blue Cage” with whom she performed at the Šibenik Festival./p>
