Silvina Mariel Biott is an Argentine-Croatian writer, educator, and promoter of peace. Her work weaves together poetry, storytelling, and reflection on migration, identity, and belonging. From Tierra del Fuego, at the southernmost edge of Latin America, she spreads Croatian culture through diverse artistic and literary activities, carrying the living voice of the diaspora to the heart of the world. Author of Su Majestad, Plavo More, and Sembremos la Paz. Semillas de valores, among other books, she expresses the emotional bridge between Argentina and Croatia, her two homelands of the soul. For more than a decade, she has actively participated in the international movement 100 Poets for Peace, uniting her cultural and literary work in a shared mission: to transform words into acts of unity, and the Croatian diaspora into a true embassy of peace.
