Ms. Antoljak-Kostadinov has worked at Hrvatska Matica Iseljenika (Croatian Heritage Foundation) since 1992, beginning her career as a staff writer responsible for matters related to the Croatian diaspora.

Today, she serves as a Project Manager within the Cultural Department, overseeing initiatives that promote Croatian heritage and identity. In addition, she leads the ECO Heritage Task Force, a program offering young people of Croatian descent worldwide the opportunity to visit Croatia and deepen their understanding of its language, culture, and history.

She is the custodian of numerous cultural events and artistic exhibitions showcasing Croatia and its artists throughout Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and internationally. Notable projects include amateur theatre productions, the Festival of Folk Theatre, and the Croatian Film Festival in Orašje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Gđa Antoljak-Kostadinov djeluje u Hrvatskoj matici iseljenika od 1992. godine, započevši kao urednica i autorica zadužena za teme vezane uz hrvatsko iseljeništvo.

Danas obnaša dužnost voditeljice projekata u Kulturnom odjelu, gdje upravlja inicijativama usmjerenima na promicanje hrvatske baštine i identiteta. Također vodi ECO Heritage Task Force, program koji mladima hrvatskog podrijetla diljem svijeta omogućuje posjet Hrvatskoj te upoznavanje jezika, kulture i povijesti.

Skrbnica je brojnih kulturnih manifestacija i umjetničkih izložbi koje predstavljaju Hrvatsku i hrvatske umjetnike u Hrvatskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini te diljem svijeta. Među značajnim projektima ističu se amaterske kazališne produkcije, Festival pučkog kazališta te Festival hrvatskog filma u Orašju, Bosna i Hercegovina.

La Sra. Antoljak-Kostadinov trabaja en Hrvatska Matica Iseljenika (Croatian Heritage Foundation) desde 1992, donde inició su carrera como redactora encargada de temas relacionados con la diáspora croata.

Actualmente se desempeña como Project Manager en el Departamento Cultural, coordinando iniciativas orientadas a la promoción del patrimonio y la identidad croata. Asimismo, lidera la ECO Heritage Task Force, un programa que brinda a jóvenes de ascendencia croata en todo el mundo la oportunidad de visitar Croacia y profundizar en el estudio de su lengua, cultura e historia.

Es responsable de numerosas manifestaciones culturales y exposiciones artísticas que presentan a Croacia y a sus artistas en Croacia, Bosnia y Herzegovina y a nivel internacional. Entre los proyectos destacados se encuentran producciones teatrales amateur, el Festival de Teatro Popular y el Festival de Cine Croata en Orašje, Bosnia y Herzegovina.
