Human Resources Consultant, IT Sector

Lucija Veličan is a Human Resources Consultant specializing in the IT industry. She has more than eight years of consulting experience in HR, organizational change, and technology team development. She holds an ABD Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the American university Walden. In 2017, Lucija was awarded a Future Leaders Award in the field of Technology. In her current role, Lucija manages Talentarium´s operations in DACH and SEE regions.
