Debbie Ćosić began her real estate career in the 1980s after graduating from the University of Toronto. Since founding her own company, she has established herself as a self-made business leader in one of the most competitive industries.
Recognizing the need for a more innovative and dynamic approach to real estate sales and marketing, Debbie launched In2ition Realty in 2008. Since its inception, she has overseen the sales and marketing of more than $15 billion in real estate transactions.
She is widely recognized not only as a highly strategic and accomplished professional, but also as a fearless innovator who has reshaped industry standards. Debbie currently serves on the Board of Directors of BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association).

Debbie Ćosić započela je svoju karijeru u sektoru nekretnina 1980-ih godina, nakon završetka studija na Sveučilištu u Torontu. Osnivanjem vlastite tvrtke izgradila je reputaciju samostalno ostvarene i uspješne poduzetnice u izrazito konkurentnoj industriji.
Prepoznajući potrebu za inovativnim i dinamičnim pristupom prodaji i marketingu nekretnina, 2008. godine pokreće In2ition Realty. Od osnutka tvrtke nadzirala je prodaju i marketing nekretnina u vrijednosti većoj od 15 milijardi američkih dolara.

Al anticipar la necesidad de un enfoque más innovador y dinámico en ventas y marketing inmobiliario, lanzó In2ition Realty en 2008. Desde entonces, ha supervisado la comercialización y venta de más de 15 mil millones de dólares en bienes raíces.
