Debbie Ċosić began her real estate career in the 1980’s, following her graduation from the University of Toronto. Since founding her own company, Debbie has become a self-made business woman in a highly competitive industry. Foreseeing a need for an innovative and dynamic player in the industry she launched In2ition Realty in 2008. Since inception she has overseen the sales and marketing of over $15 Billion dollars of real estate. Recognized not only as an astute professional, but as a fearless innovator in the industry. She currently serves on BILD’s board of directors. Debbie has been honoured with multiple business and civic awards for her contribution to both the Canadian real estate industry and the Croatian community. Debbie is known for her generous spirit and someone who has mentored countless professionals in the industry. She has successfully assembled a devoted team in whom she has instilled the same passion and values that she is known for.
