Andrea Novak Neumann
Andrea Novak Neumann is a proud Croatian, dedicated volunteer, and devoted mother from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Alongside her professional career as an IT Manager at Merrill Corporation, Andrea dedicates significant time to preserving and promoting Croatian culture and heritage in the United States.
She serves as President of the Croatian Cultural Society of Minnesota, is an Executive Board Member of the National Federation of Croatian Americans Cultural Foundation, and has been a Board Member and former officer of the University of Minnesota Immigration History Research Center.
Andrea has successfully guided the Croatian Cultural Society into the digital age through online newsletters, social media engagement, and modern communication platforms.
Her lifelong commitment to volunteerism is inspired in part by her father’s involvement in many of these same organizations. Today, she continues her family’s legacy by instilling pride and dedication in her three teenage children, who actively volunteer alongside her at numerous cultural events.
Andrea Novak Neumann ponosna je Hrvatica, predana volonterka i majka iz Minneapolisa, Minnesota. Uz svoju profesionalnu karijeru IT menadžerice u tvrtki Merrill Corporation, značajan dio vremena posvećuje očuvanju i promicanju hrvatske kulture i baštine u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.
Obnaša dužnost predsjednice Croatian Cultural Society of Minnesota, članica je izvršnog odbora National Federation of Croatian Americans Cultural Foundation te je bila članica upravnog odbora i dužnosnica University of Minnesota Immigration History Research Center.
Pod njezinim vodstvom, Hrvatsko kulturno društvo ušlo je u digitalno doba kroz online biltene, društvene mreže i suvremene komunikacijske platforme.
Njezina dugogodišnja posvećenost volontiranju djelomično je nadahnuta radom njezina oca u istim organizacijama. Danas nastavlja obiteljsku tradiciju prenoseći ponos i predanost na svoje troje djece, koja zajedno s njom volontiraju na brojnim kulturnim događanjima.

Además de su carrera profesional como Gerente de TI en Merrill Corporation, dedica gran parte de su tiempo a preservar y promover la cultura y el patrimonio croata en los Estados Unidos.
Es Presidenta de la Croatian Cultural Society of Minnesota, miembro del Comité Ejecutivo de la National Federation of Croatian Americans Cultural Foundation y ha sido miembro del directorio y exdirectiva del University of Minnesota Immigration History Research Center.
Bajo su liderazgo, la Croatian Cultural Society ha ingresado en la era digital mediante boletines en línea, redes sociales y nuevas plataformas de comunicación.
