CWN/MHŽ Opens Nominations for 2024 Croatian Women of Influence Awards

Recognizing leadership, innovation, influence and driving positive change

Toronto, ON, Canada & Zagreb, Republic Croatia, September 20, 2023 – The Croatian
Women’s Network™/Mreža Hrvatskih Žena is calling for nominations for its coveted Croatian
Women of Influence Awards and Future Leaders Awards, which will be conferred at a gala
event on International Women’s Day, Friday, March 8 th , 2024 in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.

“Nominations are open for our 2024 Croatian Women of Influence Awards celebrating distinctive
Croatian female role models,” noted Caroline Spivak, founder, Croatian Women’s
Network™/Mreža Hrvatskih Žena. “We are looking for a diverse group of women whose
leadership, innovation and influence have contributed to the greater good and driven positive
change. From athletes to activists, corporate leaders to up-and-coming entrepreneurs, we want
to highlight the extraordinary Croatian women who are leaving their mark on the world.

The Croatian Women of Influence Award recognizes leadership, innovation and community
impact of Croatian women. A companion Future Leader award recognizes enterprising young
woman between the ages of 16 to 25 who demonstrate extraordinary talent and leadership.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to highlight the achievements of the most inspiring and
influential Croatian women the world over,” said Spivak.

Nominations can be submitted by visiting www.crotianwomensnetwork.org and will be accepted
until midnight local time on October 20, 2023.

Awards will be presented at a gala event celebrating International Women’s Day, following
CWN/MHŽ’s signature conference: Advancing Women, Advancing Economies. Realize the
Potential! on Friday, March 8, 2024 in Zagreb.

The Croatian Women’s Network™/Mreža Hrvatskih Žena (www.CroatianWomensNetwork.org)
is a global forum that celebrates, champions and connects distinguished women of Croatian
ancestry from around the world who work together to inspire and champion each other. The
Croatian Women of Influence Awards and the Future Leader Awards honor their achievements.
To date 120 CWoI awards have been conferred to leaders from more than 12 countries.
