Kathryn Tesija
Kathee currently serves as a Board Director for Woolworths Limited and Verizon Communications.
Previously, she built a distinguished executive career over 30 years at Target Corporation, a leading retailer with $73 billion in annual revenue. As Chief Merchandising and Supply Chain Officer, she was the senior operating executive responsible for overseeing Presidents and Executive Vice Presidents across Merchandising, Product Design & Development, Sourcing, and Distribution for more than 1,800 stores and Target.com.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Kathee is actively engaged in volunteer work with TreeHouse, a Minneapolis-based faith-centered nonprofit organization that supports teenagers through mentorship, guidance, and educational assistance to help them graduate from high school.
She also maintains a deep passion for Croatia’s traditional natural products. Together with her husband, she is restoring their olive grove in Croatia and distilling local plants for aromatherapy, blending heritage, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

Tijekom 30 godina izgradila je uspješnu izvršnu karijeru u korporaciji Target, jednom od vodećih maloprodajnih lanaca s godišnjim prihodom od 73 milijarde američkih dolara. Kao glavna direktorica za nabavu i opskrbni lanac bila je najviša operativna dužnosnica zadužena za vođenje predsjednika i izvršnih potpredsjednika sektora nabave, dizajna i razvoja proizvoda, dobave i distribucije za više od 1.800 trgovina i platformu Target.com.
Uz poslovnu karijeru, aktivno volontira u neprofitnoj organizaciji TreeHouse iz Minneapolisa, koja kroz mentorstvo, podršku i edukaciju pomaže mladima u uspješnom završetku srednjoškolskog obrazovanja.
Kathee njeguje posebnu strast prema tradicionalnim hrvatskim prirodnim proizvodima. Sa suprugom obnavlja maslinik u Hrvatskoj te destilira lokalno bilje za aromaterapiju, spajajući poduzetništvo, održivost i baštinu.

Previamente desarrolló una destacada carrera ejecutiva durante 30 años en Target Corporation, uno de los principales minoristas con ingresos anuales de 73 mil millones de dólares. Como Chief Merchandising and Supply Chain Officer, fue la ejecutiva operativa de mayor rango, responsable de liderar a los Presidentes y Vicepresidentes Ejecutivos de las áreas de Comercialización, Diseño y Desarrollo de Productos, Abastecimiento y Distribución para más de 1.800 tiendas y Target.com.
Además de su liderazgo empresarial, Kathee realiza trabajo voluntario con TreeHouse, una organización sin fines de lucro con sede en Minneapolis que brinda mentoría, apoyo y acompañamiento a jóvenes para ayudarlos a graduarse de la escuela secundaria.
También siente una profunda pasión por los productos naturales tradicionales de Croacia. Junto a su esposo, está restaurando su olivar en Croacia y destilando plantas locales para aromaterapia, combinando tradición, sostenibilidad y emprendimiento.
