Vlatka is an internationally award-winning thought leader, advocate for humanising management, and author of the groundbreaking book The Management Shift – How to Harness the Power of People and Transform Your Organization for Sustainable Success (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014). Her work supports leaders and organizations in shifting toward new levels of performance and sustainable success. The book was recognized by Forbes as one of the top eight business books of 2014.
