Vedrana Jelušić Kašić is responsible for providing advisory expertise around M&A transactions, financial restructurings, capital raising and forensic. She has over 20 years leadership experience steering business and investment decisions for notable international financial institutions in variety of business sectors. Previously, Vedrana was the Director for Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and Slovakia at the EBRD respon-sible for delivery of the strategy and business plans through investments and advancing policy reforms and directly led over 40 transactions across 12 countries of CSEE with concentration on debt and equity investments while serving as a non-executive board member at several food, beverage and retail corporations throughout the region. Additionally she worked at Raiffeisen Bank in Croatia, Merrill Lynch Private Client Group in the USA, the Croatian National Bank and Monte Titoli in Italy. Vedrana holds a Master’s Degree in Interna-tional Economics and Finance from the Brandeis University, Massachusetts, USA, and B.A. from the University of Economics in Zagreb. She completed financial coursework at Wirtschaft-suniversität and Institut für Wirtschaftwissenschaften in Vienna and is a holder of the Non-Executive Director Diploma by The Financial Times, London, UK.
