Antonija Trupinić is a Major in the Croatian Air Force. She holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering and has been a military helicopter pilot since 2008 subsequently becoming a flight instructor and test pilot. Born on August 15, 1984 in Nova Gradiška, Antonija completed her studies in aeronautics at the Faculty of Transport Sciences in 2008 and later obtained her masters of aeronautical engineering. She became a military helicopter pilot and, immediately following graduation, was employed with the 393rd helicopter squadron in Zadar. In 2010, she became a flight instructor, and in 2015, a test pilot on Bell 206B light helicopters. In 2022, Antonija was promoted to the rank of aviation Major in the Croatian Air Force. She is one of only eight female military pilots in Croatia. In her free time, she is professionally and intensively engaged in fitness, where she helps other women to maintain their health through exercise and proper nutrition, and to build self-confidence by taking care of their bodies. She is a winner of the Inaugural Croatian Women of Influence Award, 2016 in the category of Women in the Military.
